Policonsult Accounting Office was established in 1998 under the following legal form: Policonsult Solely Owned limited company, registered under company file in the Companies Register of Varna District Court records, and its owner is Polina Dimitrova Ivanova, date of birth: 30th October 1974.    

The owner of the office is also the sole capital owner, manager and representative of the company. In 1992 Polina Dimitrova completed her secondary education at a Mathematical High School, in 1996 she completed her higher education, graduating from the University of Economics in the town of Varna, majoring in "Accounting and Audit". 2000-2001 she acquired the post-graduate qualification of Expert in Legal and Accounting Experts' Reports at the Post-Graduate Qualification Institute of the University of National and Global Economy in the city of Sofia. Since January 2000 Polina Dimitrova is an expert in legal and accounting experts' reports at the Varna District Court, specialized in experts' reports on cases of tax administration.

In the course of its 11 years on the financial market of Varna, POLICONSULT accounting office managed to contract subscription accounting services to 120 companies, specialized in various fields of trade, manufacture and services. There are more than 12 employees with completed higher economic education, working under employment contracts in the office.

The decision to establish an accounting office was dominated by the personal ambitions and desire for self-development of Polina Dimitrova. Her first employer soon turned into the first client of the office.

A new start is always difficult and from the very beginning it became obvious that the most important thing was to win new clients who would be convinced that this exactly was the place where they would get quality accounting services, answers to all of their accounting, taxation and financial questions  and problems. First attempts at attracting clients began with sticking notes, handing out folders and other informing advertisements. But as time went by it got clear that this was not a successful way to attract clients. There were reasonable explanations for that fact, having in mind the specific character of the services and the difficulty in proving one's loyalty and discretion. Soon, however, two ways of winning new clients were formed into existence: first, old clients should recommend the office to new prospective clients and second, the appearance of a company in need of a specific service, the accomplishment of which would leave it pleased with the quick response, quality and discretion of the offered service and as a result its management would decide to  trust the office with its accounting matters.

Aware of all this, POLICONSULT offers: legal registration of companies; BULSTAT Company number registration; registration in regional departments of social insurance; initial tax registration; accounting and tax consultations; yearly accounting completion, automated VAT; certification of insurance record books; auditing (in cooperation with auditors form Varna)

Apart from the current problems arising from keeping all due terms, the office shares the opinion that a basic problem comes from repeated changes in regulatory base and tax legislation, which presumes not only constant keeping up with all changes, but also continuous perfection of all employees so that they could duly inform their clients of the new circumstances affecting directly or indirectly their business.

Having in mind all moral engagements to its clients, as well as to its employees, in this kind of services it is very important to try to prevent employee fluidity, which means employees should be well motivated to keep their position for a longer period of time. In addition, Polina Dimitrova thinks that a part of a successful formula is the formation of a good team, which will make going to work not be felt as a burden. It is necessary to have knowledge of human psychology so that in the existing market conditions material base could harmonize with human resource and organization of working process.

In October 2004 POLICONSULT was certified in compliance with the regulations of the Bulgarian State Standard (BDS) EN ISO 9001-2001 by the certifying organization TÜV Rheinland, Bulgaria ( Certificate #7510040113 ).

The owner is convinced that her success is due to the fact that she has managed to turn her hobby into her profession, which helps her overcome all difficulties accompanying business relations and in spite of the constant dynamic professional environment she feels at ease on her position and for a number of years she manages her  business and the people who help her office to render successful services to its clients.
